Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
