Honey Mustard Salmon is a quick and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce. It’s perfect for weeknight dinners or healthy meal prep.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- Spoon or brush the honey mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired. Serve with rice, quinoa, or vegetables.

- Use grainy mustard for added texture.
