Description

Honey Mustard Salmon is a quick and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce. It’s perfect for weeknight dinners or healthy meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon or brush the honey mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired. Serve with rice, quinoa, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Use grainy mustard for added texture.
  • Salmon can also be grilled or pan-seared using the same marinade.
  • Leftovers are great in salads or wraps.
