- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the turkey burgers in the basket, leaving space between each patty.
- Cook for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the turkey mixture to keep the burgers tender.
- Add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure burgers are fully cooked.
- These can be frozen before or after cooking for meal prep.
