Description

Juicy and healthy turkey burgers cooked in the air fryer, perfect for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the turkey burgers in the basket, leaving space between each patty.
  6. Cook for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the turkey mixture to keep the burgers tender.
  • Add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure burgers are fully cooked.
