Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the baking sheet.
- Brush the fillets evenly with the seasoning mixture.
