Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, matcha powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add chia seeds and stir well to distribute evenly.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the pudding thickens.
- Stir before serving and top with fresh fruit or granola if desired.
