Description

This Matcha Chia Pudding is a healthy and refreshing treat made with matcha green tea powder and chia seeds. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a light dessert, it’s loaded with antioxidants and omega-3s.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh fruit or granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, matcha powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir well to distribute evenly.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the pudding thickens.
  5. Stir before serving and top with fresh fruit or granola if desired.

Notes

  • Use high-quality ceremonial grade matcha for best flavor and color.
  • Adjust sweetness based on your preference and type of milk used.
  • This pudding keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
