Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and blended bananas into the whipped cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Scoop and serve as desired.

Notes

  • You can add chocolate chips, nuts, or swirls of peanut butter for extra flavor.
  • Ensure bananas are very ripe for the best sweetness and flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn.
