  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour balsamic mixture over the chicken.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes, green beans, and red onion around the chicken in the skillet.
