- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour balsamic mixture over the chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes, green beans, and red onion around the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For a stronger flavor, marinate the chicken in the balsamic mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
