Description

Orange Creamsicle Salad is a light, fluffy dessert made with tangy mandarin oranges, sweet vanilla pudding, and whipped topping. It’s an easy no-bake treat perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Stir in the sour cream until well blended.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
