This no-bake Oreo Pie is a creamy and indulgent dessert made with a crunchy Oreo crust, a fluffy cream cheese filling, and topped with crushed Oreo cookies.
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (for filling and topping)
Instructions
- Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag and rolling pin.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in half of the crushed Oreos for the filling.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- Use Double Stuf Oreos for an even richer crust.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for best results.
- You can freeze the pie for a firmer texture.
