Description

This no-bake Oreo Pie is a creamy and indulgent dessert made with a crunchy Oreo crust, a fluffy cream cheese filling, and topped with crushed Oreo cookies.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (for filling and topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag and rolling pin.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Stir in half of the crushed Oreos for the filling.
  8. Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use Double Stuf Oreos for an even richer crust.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for best results.
  • You can freeze the pie for a firmer texture.
