Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon paprika or chili powder for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the corn on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or melted butter.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional paprika or chili powder.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is golden and slightly charred.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- You can wrap the corn in foil for a more steamed texture.
- Top with grated cheese, lime juice, or herbs for extra flavor.
- Leftover roasted corn can be cut off the cob and added to salads or salsas.
