Description

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are delicious bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in a golden biscuit crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Add 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the bombs.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
  • Add chopped vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • Great for parties or quick dinners.
