Pull Apart Garlic Bread is a soft, buttery, and flavorful appetizer made with biscuit dough, melted garlic butter, and herbs. Perfect for parties, game days, or as a side dish for pasta and soups.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or loaf pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt.
- Pour garlic butter over biscuit pieces and toss to coat evenly.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mozzarella (if using), tossing again to mix.
- Transfer coated biscuit pieces into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for extra flavor if available.
- Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
- Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
