Description

A fun, shareable pull‑apart bread bursting with classic pizza flavors—layered biscuits, pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings baked in a bundt pan and served warm with dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz refrigerated flaky biscuits (about 12 biscuits)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 16 slices pepperoni, quartered
  •  cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • Pizza or marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil (or butter) over the biscuit pieces, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Add pepperoni quarters, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt. Toss until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and cool for about 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
  8. Serve warm with pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize with extra toppings—sausage, bell peppers, olives, or mushrooms work great.
  • If the top browns too quickly, tent with foil halfway through baking.
  • Leftovers can be stored (without sauce) in an airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for crispiness.
