Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
