Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a thick batter forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into round buns.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seeds if using.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool slightly before serving.
