Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Whisk constantly for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
