Description
Deliciously gooey S’mores Bars that combine graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into a perfect baked treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the milk layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows, chopped milk chocolate, and crushed graham crackers on top.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes, until marshmallows are just melted and slightly golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use a kitchen torch to toast marshmallows for extra flavor if desired.
- Bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Line pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
