Description

Deliciously gooey S’mores Bars that combine graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into a perfect baked treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the milk layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows, chopped milk chocolate, and crushed graham crackers on top.
  8. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes, until marshmallows are just melted and slightly golden.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Use a kitchen torch to toast marshmallows for extra flavor if desired.
  • Bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Line pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
