- 1/2 ounce triple sec or orange liqueur

- 2–3 slices fresh jalapeño
- Ice
- Tajin or chili-salt, for rimming (optional)
- Orange or lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Optional: Rim a rocks glass with lime and dip into Tajin or chili-salt. Fill with ice and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices with lime juice.
- Add tequila, orange juice, triple sec, agave nectar, and ice. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange or lime wedge. Serve immediately.
