Description

This Spring Berry Parfait is a light, refreshing, and colorful dessert or breakfast featuring layers of fresh seasonal berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. It’s perfect for spring mornings or as a sweet, guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the berries. Slice strawberries if needed.
  2. In serving glasses or jars, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the bottom of each.
  3. Layer with a spoonful of mixed berries followed by a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use any combination of seasonal berries or fruits.
  • For added protein, use high-protein Greek yogurt.
