This Spring Berry Parfait is a light, refreshing, and colorful dessert or breakfast featuring layers of fresh seasonal berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. It’s perfect for spring mornings or as a sweet, guilt-free treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the berries. Slice strawberries if needed.
- In serving glasses or jars, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the bottom of each.
- Layer with a spoonful of mixed berries followed by a layer of granola.
- Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
