Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Toothpicks or small skewers (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves and sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Place sliced kielbasa in a baking dish or on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Pour the glaze over the kielbasa pieces and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning the kielbasa halfway through for even caramelization.
