A refreshing and fruity homemade version of the popular Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher, perfect for warm days and easy to make with simple ingredients.

- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1–2 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberry slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine freeze-dried strawberries, acai powder, and white grape juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix the strained liquid with cold water, brewed green tea, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Stir well and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the refresher mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute acai powder with acai juice if powder is unavailable; adjust quantities accordingly.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Use decaffeinated green tea for a caffeine-free version.
