Description

A refreshing and fruity homemade version of the popular Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher, perfect for warm days and easy to make with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 12 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberry slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine freeze-dried strawberries, acai powder, and white grape juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the strained liquid with cold water, brewed green tea, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
  4. Stir well and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the refresher mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute acai powder with acai juice if powder is unavailable; adjust quantities accordingly.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Use decaffeinated green tea for a caffeine-free version.
