Description

Strawberry Fluff is a light, creamy dessert made with strawberries, whipped topping, and marshmallows. It’s perfect for picnics, potlucks, or as a refreshing treat on a warm day.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Add mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and chopped strawberries. Mix gently.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until set and fluffy.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
  • Make sure the pineapple is well-drained to avoid a runny texture.
  • Feel free to add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
