Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and chopped strawberries. Mix gently.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until set and fluffy.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
