Description
Strawberry Kiss Cookies are soft, chewy cookies bursting with strawberry flavor and topped with a Hershey’s Kiss. Perfect for Valentine’s Day or any sweet occasion.

- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for rolling
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until coated.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to prevent cookies from sticking.
- Chill the dough if it’s too sticky to handle easily.
- Try using different flavored Kisses for variety.
