Description

Strawberry Kiss Cookies are soft, chewy cookies bursting with strawberry flavor and topped with a Hershey’s Kiss. Perfect for Valentine’s Day or any sweet occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar, for rolling
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until coated.
  5. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to prevent cookies from sticking.
  • Chill the dough if it’s too sticky to handle easily.
  • Try using different flavored Kisses for variety.
