Description
These refreshing and healthy strawberry popsicles are perfect for kids! Made with fresh strawberries and natural sweeteners, they’re a delicious treat for hot days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Add small chunks of strawberries for texture if desired.
- Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of strawberries.
