Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and evenly distributed.
- Stir in sour cream and mix until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve hot.

- Use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative to beef.
- Top with jalapeƱos or hot sauce for added heat.
