Description

Taco Spaghetti is a delicious fusion of Mexican and Italian cuisines, combining the bold flavors of tacos with the comforting texture of spaghetti noodles.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
  5. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and evenly distributed.
  6. Stir in sour cream and mix until well combined.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve hot.
