Ingredients
- 4 beef hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and slightly charred.
- While the hot dogs are grilling, toast the hot dog buns lightly if desired.
- In a small bowl, mix diced avocado with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
