Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pink, blue, and purple gel food coloring
- Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of each liner to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
- Divide the batter evenly into three bowls and tint each with a different food coloring (pink, blue, purple).
- Spoon small dollops of each colored batter into the muffin liners over the crusts. Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the centers are set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with sprinkles if desired and enjoy!

- Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors without affecting the texture.
- For a firmer bite, chill overnight.
